The service is designed to manage up to 100 BlackBerry for enterprise, access email services from an Internet service provider (ISP) or mail services and Web-based Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo.

- Locate a lost BlackBerry smartphone to remotely lock, making a large ring and displaying a message on the screen
- Restore the configuration and contents easily in new or replacement device
