RIM announces three new BlackBerry Curve

RIM announces three new BlackBerry Curve. The three new handsets running the latest operating system OS Blakcberry 7 and have the same size and appearance.

Research in Motion (RIM) has announced three new Blakcberry Curve running the latest operating system OS Blakcberry 7. The three models are the BlackBerry Curve 9350, Curve 9360 and Curve 9370, coming to market in September. Read RIM announces the BlackBerry Management Small Business Center

The three share the same appearance as smartphones, with a screen of 2.44 inches, 480 × 360 on the traditional QWERTY keyboard of the company. All three have WiFi and GPS, plus a five-megapixel camera with flash and video support and a microSD card slot capable of supporting 32GB cards.

The three terminals are the same measures, but the 9350 and 9360 have an internal memory of 512MB, while the 9370 has 1GB.

As for the type of networks, the 9350 is designed for CDMA / EVDO Rev. A, while it is 9360 for GSM and HSPA. As for 9370, works on both GSM and CDMA networks, with quad-band GSM radio and two for CDMA.

7 BlackBerry OS offers several improvements over previous versions of the operating system, especially in the browser, but most of RIM's hopes for the future are pinned on the new devices running the QNX operating system. RIM expects the first devices to incorporate its new operating system, which uses the company's PakyBook tablet will be available in 2012.

RIM announced two new Blakcberry Bold, 9900 and 9930, last May, running Blakcberry 7 OS, which offers searches across voice and is preloaded with Documents to Go and Blakcberry Messenger.
